• Verifies health insurance eligibility and understands copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
• Explains financial requirements to patients and collects copays/coinsurance.
• Reconciles daily charges and payments with high accuracy.
• Coordinates appointments and reminds patients of upcoming visits.
• Receives and routes incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Maintains patient referral documentation and coordinates with providers and facilities.
