Dollamur is the worldwide leading manufacturer of sports surfaces. We partner with organizations such as USA Wrestling, UFC, the Olympics, Rogue Fitness, and many more to provide high quality sports surfaces for businesses, colleges, and events around the world! Our business is growing, and we are looking for reliable, dedicated, and hardworking people to join our team!

Hours are Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm

Dollamur is quickly growing, and we need those experienced in skilled trades (construction, woodworking, etc.) that are used to detailed work, cutting, measuring, and heavy lifting to work in our Direct-to-Consumer department.

This position works in the warehouse as a team to consistently meet the demands of our online sales channels. Under direct supervision, this position will be responsible for:

• Finishing sports mats (cutting, measuring, trimming, applying labels) for online purchases.
• Performing quality inspections on products and orders prior to shipment.
• Picking & pulling items for shipment based on orders and order timelines.
• Preparing products large and small for shipment in boxes.
• Must understand the use of measuring tools, be able to read measurements, and do simple math including fractions and decimals.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CONDITIONS

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to solve straight forward problems with a few concrete variables
• Must possess hand-eye coordination necessary to operate machines and perform essential duties.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and the facility, as required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Standing and kneeling for an extended amount of time.
• This position will function in a manufacturing environment to fulfill essential duties. This role will regularly be required to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk.
• Occasionally this role will be required to move objects unassisted that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur.
