Job summary

Dollamur LP is seeking a detail‑driven Sports Mat Painter for the 1st shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves hand painting logos and designs on large mats in a climate‑controlled environment, with training provided—no prior experience required.

You will cut, measure, and assemble rolls, with overtime available and promotion opportunities within the Art Department. Hours are Mon-Fri 6:00 am–2:30 pm and Sat 6:00 am–12:00 pm, with potential weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and good with measurements.
• Experience with skilled labor is a plus, but not necessary.
• Ability to speak, read & write in English.
• Willing to work OT and/or some weekends as required.
• Experience using hand-cutting tools, tape measure, and straight edge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• This role will kneel/crawl on a mat while painting logos, measuring, and cutting.
• Prepare painting surfaces for customized artwork and check for defects.
• Learn to read and understand layouts with artist assistance to decorate mats.
• Attention to all detail impacting the mat including dimensions, logo reproduction, location and sizing.
• Move rolls, place mats down and prepare rolls for packaging.
