Job summary

Town of Holly Springs Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a part-time Facility Supervisor to oversee youth and adult sports leagues, tournaments, and facility rentals. The role requires strong communication with coaches, officials, and the public, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

The position is non-benefited, up to 25 hours per week, with a maximum of 999 hours per year. Candidates must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of youth and adult sports leagues and events.
• Manage scorekeepers and field usage during athletic games, rentals, and events.
• Enforce Holly Springs policies and provide information on departmental procedures.
• Open, set up, and close athletic and park facilities and keep event scores.
