Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a dynamic Sports Facility Manager to lead and grow a high-energy facility team in Colorado. The role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, driving revenue through memberships and events, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate schedules, payroll, and safety standards while working evenings and weekends to support peak hours. Spanish/English bilingual abilities are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Learn how to recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop facility team members.
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality or operations.
• Support revenue growth through league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Assist daily operations: scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, maintenance, and facilities standards.
• Deliver a great guest experience by greeting players, resolving issues, and making guests feel valued.
• Participate in duties including player check-in, referee support, customer service, and schedule adjustments.
• Track progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality, recreation, fitness, or operations preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus.
• Team sports, recreation, fitness, or sports facility experience is a plus.
