The Fitness Factory Group LLC is hiring a General Manager to oversee daily operations of our Princeton gym. You will manage memberships, personnel, and marketing initiatives to ensure smooth facility operations.

The ideal candidate is a positive, motivational leader with a passion for health and fitness. Responsibilities include budgeting, promotions, staff hiring/training, vendor relations, and maintaining excellent customer service and facility standards.
