Job summary

D1 TRAINING in Denver, CO seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales results, and build a high‑performing team. You will own member experiences, supervise staff, and manage all P&L items with accountability to ownership.

We expect a hands‑on leader who can run weekly 1:1s, staff meetings, coach performance, and maintain a culture of excellence. You will champion customer service, revenue growth, and operational discipline across the gym.

Qualifications

• Three years of management experience.
• Ability to manage the facility P&L and review budgets line item by line.
• Strong leadership and sales ability.

Serve as a key point of contact for members, with an emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience. Duties include:
