The role requires 1–3 years of customer service and event planning experience, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Targeted pay range is $17.00–$25.00 per hour, with a generous benefits package and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in customer service.
• Previous event planning experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning all DSG-led events, including cost planning, ROI analysis, staffing coverage and event day execution.
• Become an expert on event space capabilities and configurations for effective setup.
• Work with Community & Events Manager to keep events within budget and seek cost savings.
• Create Run of Show, Event Recaps, Emergency Information cards and Rental Agreements.
• Oversee the event experience and guide athletes to participate safely and enjoy.
• Lead reservations scheduling and manage field event needs and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate event entertainment, including music, guest speakers, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment for store events.
