Qualifications

• Experience in project management within construction or sports construction, or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project buyouts, estimates, and supplier/subcontractor quotes.
• Develop cost-effective plans and schedules to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality management across projects.
• Coordinate with estimators and coordinators to align estimates with client expectations.
• Communicate project updates to owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all sites.
