Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Food & Beverage outlet supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with standards and regulations. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and support administrative tasks while delivering excellent guest service throughout the casino property.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of F&B management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to optimize revenue while controlling costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years' experience in food & beverage management preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day F&B outlet operations and take action to ensure standards of presentation and service.
• Supervise staff within the outlet to maintain quality and service levels.
• Ensure areas comply with company standards and all applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control of products and services and maximize revenue while controlling costs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements for F&B outlets.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and regulatory compliance for F&B supplies.
• Perform administrative duties including inventory control and payroll/personnel procedures.
• May be assigned to F&B workstations within the casino or hotel.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
