Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos Cathedral City is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Server to deliver knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and courteous service to casino and hotel guests. You will maintain stations, support colleagues, and ensure smooth service during shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience in full-service dining. The role involves working in a dynamic casino/hotel environment with potential exposure to smoke and requires adherence to internal

High school diploma/GED preferred.
Restaurant experience and 1–2 years in full-service dining preferred.

Responsibilities

Have a full working knowledge of the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists.
Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
Clears, cleans, resets, and maintains station during shift.
Assists other servers in giving the best possible service.
Handles guests receipts according to internal controls.
Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations.
Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
May be assigned to Food & Beverage work stations of the casino and/or hotel.
Provide excellent guest service.
Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
