Job summary

Three Rivers Casino Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor to assist F&B Management in overseeing outlets and ensuring Team Members meet service commitments. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, hires, and daily task coordination on the casino floor.

Must have 2 years in a restaurant setting, OLCC permit, and a Food Handlers Card within 30 days. Strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
• OLCC Permit at time of hire.
• 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supports F&B Management in scheduling and delegation for front of house Team Members.
• Covers shifts due to PTO, shortages, or vacations and performs duties as needed.
• Assists with hiring, training, development and performance input for Team Members.
• Maintains compliance with F&B policies and regulatory practices.
• Monitors food handling, temperatures, quality, FIFO inventory, and ordering levels.
• Tracks licensing/certification requirements and assists with budgeting reports.
