Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Cathedral City, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure service from the kitchen to the dining floor meets brand standards.

You will supervise staff, monitor standards, manage inventory and costs, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure compliance with tribal regulations and internal controls. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in food & beverage management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day F&B outlet operations and maintain presentation and service standards.
• Supervise staff within an assigned outlet to ensure quality and service levels.
• Ensure F&B areas comply with company standards and regulations.
• Assist in developing and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.
• Maximize revenue and control costs for the outlet or bar.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and compliance with regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks including inventory control and payroll.
• May work at casino and/or hotel F&B stations.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinance, ACCRS and SRC controls, and SOPs.
