Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2–4 years supervisory experience in fast-paced quick service environment.
• Agilysys or POS experience is helpful.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and effective communication with clients, staff and the public.
• Wine, beer and spirit knowledge is preferred.
• Must obtain CRIT gaming license and maintain yearly renewal.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant & bar operations within a casino environment.
• Document employee performance and attendance per policy, including action where necessary.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in all areas.
• Lead, coach and mentor F&B supervisors and team members.
• Ensure compliance with PCI and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee beverage pricing, inventory, and budgeting to maximize revenue.
• Ensure liquor laws and tribal/regulatory requirements are met.
• Foster teamwork and two-way communication across the department.
