Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Sport Associate Soccer Referee to officiate leagues and tournaments and provide exceptional service on the fields. You will act as the on-field contact with customers, ensuring fair and safe play while enforcing rules and maintaining records.

The role requires attendance at games, clear communication with coaches and players, and ongoing training/certification. Evening and weekend availability is expected as part of this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as a referee through U.S. Soccer or other governing body preferred.
• Previous experience as a soccer referee preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled games promptly and enforce game rules effectively.
• Manage game pace to balance safety and competitiveness.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and other officials.
• Keep accurate records of game scores, fouls, and player participation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Attend training sessions and certification courses as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Ability to see and hear clearly to make accurate calls.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed.
