Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is hiring a Sport Associate Soccer Referee to officiate our leagues and tournaments and provide excellent service to players on the fields.

You will enforce game rules, manage pace, and communicate clearly with coaches, players, and other officials while maintaining a professional demeanor and attending required training and certification courses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
• Understanding of game management and conflict resolution.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to make confident and impartial decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a referee through U.S. Soccer or other governing body preferred.
• Previous experience as a soccer referee preferred.

• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed.
