Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Sponsorships Operations Advisor to lead portfolio management for regional marketing sponsorships and to drive activation planning and execution. The role emphasizes budget planning, asset optimization, and cross-team collaboration across Marketing and Sponsorships.

You will work in a flexible hybrid office/home setup, requiring travel up to 10% and coordinating with leaders at multiple locations in the US, including Madison and Boston.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated experience developing, executing and communicating consumer facing activations.
• Solid knowledge of budget management concepts.
• Solid knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies and tools.
• Experience managing multiple, moderate to complex projects.
• Experience in planning, data-informed planning, analytical thinking and decision-making.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels on marketing topics, objectives and metrics.
• Travel requirements up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• You will act as day-to-day lead for assigned marketing Sponsorships with regional focus.
• You will develop executive summaries and activation recaps for senior leadership.
• You will consult with marketing leadership to set objectives for activation.
• You will collaborate to oversee resources, analyze data and develop recommendations.
• You will identify and manage budgets and plans across Sponsorships.
• You will plan and implement activations aligned with strategy and KPIs.
• You will provide logistical support for Sponsorship programming.
• You will plan, develop and distribute communications for promotions/events.
• You will research metrics from activations and campaigns to optimize KPIs.
• You will communicate results with leadership and partners.
• You will collaborate with Media, Digital, Brand and Agencies to bring activations to market.
• You will negotiate and edit Sponsorship contracts and proposals.
• You will manage and execute sponsorship assets to support incentives.
• You may participate in other assignments based on skills or experience.
