American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Sponsorships Operations Advisor to own budget planning, asset strategy, and performance measurement across sports and entertainment partnerships. The role is hybrid, with up to 10 days/month from Madison or Boston, and relocation support for eligible candidates.

The position focuses on sponsorship portfolio management, activation planning, and collaboration with Marketing teams to deliver impactful experiences and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering customer-driven solutions and services.
• Experience developing consumer-facing activations.
• Strong budgeting knowledge and financial planning understanding.
• Marketing concepts, strategies, and tools knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects with analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing Sponsorships portfolio management and budgeting.
• Plan and execute sponsorship activations aligned with strategy and KPIs.
• Coordinate communications for promotions and events with leadership.
• Analyze sponsorship metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Collaborate with media, digital, brand, and agencies to bring activations to market.
