Job summary

American Family Insurance seeks a Senior Sponsorships Operations Advisor to own budget planning, activation strategy, and measurement for sports and entertainment partnerships. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sponsorships, Partnerships & Events, and support marketing through data-driven planning and asset optimization.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across Marketing and Sponsorship teams, with travel up to 10% and flexibility for Madison, WI or Boston, MA work locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated experience developing, executing and communicating consumer facing activations.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of budget management concepts.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, practices and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple, moderate to complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, data-informed planning, analytical thinking, and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels regarding marketing topics, objectives and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sponsorship portfolio management for regional, low- to medium-profile activations with some high-profile assignments.
• Develop executive summaries and activation recaps for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to assess needs and set objectives for sponsorship activations.
