Job summary

Two Circles Ltd in New York is seeking a Manager of Sponsorship Strategy & Operations to work across current and prospective sponsorship sales clients to deliver best-in-class processes and results.

You will coordinate across multiple internal teams to execute strategy, support go-to-market initiatives, and help shape materials, pricing and outreach tactics to grow commercial revenues for rights holders and brands.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sports, marketing, sales or business development.
• Strong track record of building internal & external relationships.
• Understanding of sponsorship environment and how brands buy sponsorship.
• Ability to structure a sales process and articulate ideas to grow revenues.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing execution for active sponsorship sales clients, coordinating across internal teams to deliver effective processes.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and implementation for rights sales clients, shaping prospecting, packaging, pricing and outreach tactics.
• Assist the business development process to secure premium sponsorship rights, including materials and insights for opportunities.
