Job summary

Informagroupplc is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to base in our Boulder, CO or Phoenix, AZ offices. You will own defined sponsorship programs and serve as a client-facing contact, coordinating with sponsors, internal teams, vendors, and partners from handoff through onsite execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in events, tradeshows, conferences, or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting live events strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in event planning, marketing, hospitality, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and tradeshows approximately 5-8 times per year.
• Ability to work extended onsite event hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sponsor Experience: Serve as primary customer-facing point of contact for assigned sponsorship programs from sales handoff through post-event wrap-up.
• Create Structure Around Complex Projects: Translate sponsorship agreements into actionable project plans, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Bring Sponsorship Experiences to Life: Coordinate sponsorship and marketing opportunities across in-person, hybrid, and digital events.
• Deliver Successful Events Onsite: Participate in pre-event reviews and onsite walkthroughs to confirm sponsorship readiness and act as onsite sponsor contact.
