Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FCC regulations for non-commercial radio sponsorship and announcements.
• Enter contracts into traffic systems and secure signed contracts for audits.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation sponsors in renewal processes.
• Oversee sponsorship CRM and client database.
• Develop strategic opportunities to increase annual sponsorship revenue.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships across corporate, local, and nonprofit sectors.
• Create new revenue opportunities within WBHM’s on-air and digital offerings.
• Manage monthly closeout, deposits, and reconciliation of sponsorship revenue.
• Support WBHM community events and other duties as assigned.
