Job summary

Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking a Sponsorship Director in Clearwater, FL to lead sponsorship sales and develop new business partnerships. In this role you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, build relationships with clients, and partner with senior leadership to expand our sponsorship program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience selling technical or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship capability.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing contract process management.
• Prepare and manage sales documents (proposals, contracts).
• Research and prospect potential clients.
• Adhere to company sales process, CRM, and prospecting processes.
• Maintain client relationship through SFM service cycle to identify and close inside/future sales.
• Create referral programs (internal/external).
• Leverage extended personnel and resources to expand sales network.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
