Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of outside, consultative, or B2B sales with new business development.
• Proven track record of managing a book of business and exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong ability to craft marketing strategies aligned to client needs.
• Advanced negotiating skills and ability to influence senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals through new business development and renewals.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale execution.
• Develop sponsorship proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners, athletic staff, and internal stakeholders.
