Job summary

The IFA Foundation is looking for a Manager of Events & Sponsorship Engagement. This role involves overseeing all aspects of sponsorship and exhibitor operations across events, ensuring seamless execution. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams, and support revenue operations and process design.

Ideal candidates will have 4–7+ years in events or sales operations, with strong CRM proficiency. This position offers a hybrid working model and a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in events, sponsorship, or sales operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a revenue-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of sponsorship and exhibitor operations.
• Partner with sales to track pipeline and inventory.
• Design scalable processes for sponsorship fulfillment.
