Job summary

On Location is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial planning and management accounting across its Core Events portfolio. The role involves leading event-level P&L oversight, managing junior finance staff, and ensuring financial accuracy and governance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in finance, a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and a strong understanding of event profitability. The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance partner across the Core Events portfolio, owning event-level P&L.
• Manage and develop Event Accountants, including reviewing work product.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑year planning processes.
