Job summary

Fiduciary Trust International seeks an Events & Sponsorships Associate in New York to plan and execute live, virtual and hybrid events, sponsorship activations, and charitable initiatives. You’ll partner with Marketing to deliver exceptional client experiences and manage end-to-end event programs across the region.

You’ll independently oversee timelines, budgets, vendor relationships and communications, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure branding and regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate events, event marketing or sponsorships.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently with a team.
• Attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating complex logistics.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, sponsorships and charitable initiatives across regional and national programs.
• Independently manage projects from planning through execution, budgets and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics: venue sourcing, catering, AV, transportation and onsite staffing.
• Develop event content with internal stakeholders and external speakers.
• Manage attendee communications and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate sponsorship activation deliverables and marketing benefits.
