Job summary

Fiduciary Trust International seeks an Events and Sponsorships Associate to plan and execute national and regional events, sponsorships, and charitable initiatives. You will manage live, virtual, and hybrid programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences that strengthen client relationships.

You will independently handle planning, timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, attendee management, and post-event evaluation while ensuring compliance with firm

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in corporate events, event marketing, sponsorship management or hospitality.
• Experience in private banking or wealth management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute assigned events, sponsorships and charitable initiatives for regional and national marketing objectives.
• Independently manage projects from planning through execution, including budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate event logistics (venue sourcing, catering, AV, transportation, materials, staffing).
• Develop event communications and attendee materials; ensure branding consistency.
• Coordinate sponsorship activation deliverables and marketing benefits.
• Maintain budgets, invoices, and track event metrics.
