Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an organized Sponsorship & Events Coordinator to support event sponsorships, manage partner deliverables, and coordinate marketing assets across a range of events and professional development initiatives. You will work closely with Development, Marketing, Membership, and Finance to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled on time.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, or marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsor deliverables for events and verify commitments.
• Create sponsor manuals, project timelines, and tracking docs.
• Monitor RSVPs and guest communications for dinners and events.
• Coordinate with video production partners on sponsor reels.
• Communicate sponsorship requirements to Marketing.
• Oversee sponsor logo placement online and coordinate website updates.
• Support Membership with programs and marketing materials.
• Partner with Marketing to develop and distribute assets on schedule.
• Manage in-kind sponsorships with Development and Finance and maintain audit-ready records.
