Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Sponsor Accounts Specialist at the Marion Campus Bursar Office to manage third-party sponsorships, invoicing, and collections. You'll collaborate with Workforce Alignment, Financial Aid, and external partners to ensure accurate account activity and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include sponsorship administration, customer service for sponsored accounts, and reconciliation of receivables.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer third-party sponsorship and contract billing programs.
• Establish and monitor sponsored student accounts for accurate billing.
• Coordinate billing and collections with sponsors and funding partners.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sponsorship records and ensure compliance with contracts.
