Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College in Marion is seeking a Sponsor Accounts Specialist to manage third-party sponsorships, billing, receivables, and related financial activities. You will coordinate with Career Link partners, government programs, and external sponsors to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

The role supports student accounts, cashiering, and customer service, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer third-party sponsorship and contract billing programs.
• Establish and monitor sponsored student accounts for accurate billing.
• Coordinate billing and collections with external funding partners.
• Provide student account support and responsive customer service.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with policies and contracts.
