Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business/finance or related field is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and data accuracy are essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with sponsorships, billing or third‑party accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer third‑party sponsorship and contract billing programs.
• Establish and monitor sponsored student accounts for accurate billing.
• Coordinate billing and collections with sponsors and partners.
• Prepare invoices, track receivables, and ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain documentation in accordance with policies.
• Provide backup support for student accounts, cashiering, and service in Bursar Office.
