Job summary

The Dallas Mavericks are seeking a Senior Manager of Sponsorship Activation to lead strategy, management, and execution of sponsorship assets for key partners in Dallas, TX. You will drive activations, upsell opportunities, renewals, and measurable revenue while upholding brand values.

You will supervise a Sponsorship Activation Coordinator, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver compelling sponsorship assets within budget, reporting on performance and ROI to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sport marketing, advertising, business, or marketing.
• 5–7 years in corporate sponsorship sales or account management, preferably sports.
• Experience managing sponsor relationships and agency contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of sponsorship assets for key partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver activations and upsell opportunities.
• Manage vendor and partner communications within budget.
• Develop ROI case studies and performance reports.
• Mentor Sponsorship Activation Coordinator and oversee cross-functional projects.
• Oversee CRM and inventory management to ensure accuracy.
