Dentsu Creative US is seeking a Senior Manager of Event Management to lead pre‑to‑post event work in the Dallas market. You will plan, execute, and report on activations, supervise staff and vendors, and manage budgets and payroll.

The role requires close collaboration with cross‑business partners and client contacts. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding of part-time or full-time staff, ensure assets are available for activations, and provide real‑time measurement and insights for event

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in event management.
• Dallas–Fort Worth area only.
• Budget management skills.
• Experience in sampling events and production.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits industry.
• Experience sourcing candidates to match the position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event responsibilities from planning to reporting.
• Coordinate staffing, product sampling, asset transportation, and POS.
• Manage payroll approvals and expenses for staff.
• Maintain local market budgets and vendor payments.
• Coordinate cross‑agency and in‑market communications and client contacts.
