Job summary

Momentum seeks an innovative, strategic leader to manage a high-profile sports sponsorship activation portfolio for a financial services client. You’ll serve as the senior day-to-day business lead, directing client partnerships and executing IRL, virtual, and hybrid programs across NFL, NBA and NHL properties.

You will drive activations from brief to execution, build meaningful connections with consumers, mentor teams, and champion Momentum’s collaborative culture and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 12–14+ years of agency experience with partnership marketing.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale sponsorship activations.
• Ability to connect business objectives to creative and experiential solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee professional sports teams and venues portfolio and optimize assets.
• Lead sponsorship activation, event marketing, and media support.
• Direct cross-functional teams from brief to production and execution.
• Build senior client relationships and influence in a matrix.
• Develop staffing plans and manage budgets to hit targets.
• Mentor direct reports and foster collaborative culture.
