Job summary

The Springfield Cardinals, part of Diamond Baseball Holdings, are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to generate and grow sponsorship revenue across stadium signage, digital, print, and hospitality programs.

You will work closely with the DBH sales organization to prospect, close deals, and manage client relationships while supporting strategic initiatives and reporting on pipeline, revenue, and quota attainment. This is a full-time role based in Springfield, MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect new advertising clients for sponsorship inventory.
• Work with DBH Corp Sales to optimize sales across properties.
• Develop asset packages for sale and assist with contract negotiations.
• Renew and upsell existing clients and coordinate contract execution.
