Working closely with the broader DBH Sales organization, the Account Executive will take a hands-on approach to selling & managing sponsorship and advertising products while providing some strategic and analytical support to the broader team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in sponsorship sales, specifically for sports and entertainment, and will understand the process of prospecting & closing deals in a relevant industry or vertical.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeet a personal sales revenue budget by developing new corporate partnership relationships and growing existing relationships for both the Team and the BallparkConfer with prospective clients, utilizing product knowledge and research, to assess needs, determine goals, and develop budgetManage leads, deals, and prospect efficiently and in a timely manner via team’s CRMResearch and prospect new advertising clients for sponsorship inventoryWork closely with the DBH Corp Sales organization to leverage and optimize sales on an individual and multi-property basis.Help to develop a full suite of assets and packages for saleAssist with contract negotiations for new businessRenew & upsell/expand existing client base where applicableHelp to coordinate contract execution and overall client fulfillmentStrategically acquire new high-impact signage space and grow the inventory baseResponsible for sales administration functions for the departmentProvide weekly reporting of sales metrics including pipeline generation, account status, revenue and quota attainment, and relevant sponsor interactionAll other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferredMinimum 1-2 years' experience in sales and/or business development for sports and entertainmentDemonstrable experience delivering results and establishing a book of businessWorking knowledge of corporate partnership sales and activation functions within pro sports organizationsStrong internal drive and work ethic; willing to go above and beyond to deliver for the organizationA creative problem solver and strategic thinkerExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, preferably KOREPassionate about providing over-the-top customer service experience to clients and fans
