Job summary

Diamond Baseball Holdings Llc is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to generate and grow sponsorship revenue for the Springfield Cardinals across stadium signage, in-game promotions, digital and more.

In this full-time, on-site role you will prospect new clients, develop sponsorship assets, negotiate contracts, renew existing partners, and report sales metrics to the team. A background in sports sponsorship and CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales or business development for sports/entertainment.
• Experience prospecting and closing sponsorship deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect new advertising clients for sponsorship inventory.
• Collaborate with the Corp Sales team to optimize multi-property sales.
• Develop assets and sponsorship packages for sale.
• Support contract negotiations and client fulfillment.
• Provide weekly sales metrics and pipeline updates.
