Direct Counsel seeks a mid-level Finance Associate Attorney to join its Finance Practice Group in New York, Denver, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in sophisticated secured lending transactions representing sponsors, borrowers, and private companies.

Responsibilities include representing clients in acquisition financings and refinancings, structuring and closing transactions, and developing strong client relationships. California Bar membership is required.

• Significant experience representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and borrowers in secured transactions.
• Experience with acquisition financings and refinancings.
• California Bar membership required.

• Represent private equity sponsors, private companies, and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions.
• Handle secured transactions, particularly acquisition financings and refinancings.
• Work on complex, fast-paced financing matters from structuring through closing.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to firm and practice group initiatives.
