Responsibilities include representing clients in acquisition financings and refinancings, structuring and closing transactions, and developing strong client relationships. California Bar membership is required.

Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level Finance Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join a leading law firm’s Finance Practice Group.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated finance transactions at a top-tier law firm, with a focus on representing private equity sponsors, private companies, and other borrowers in secured lending matters.

Compensation

For positions performed in San Francisco, the stated annual salary range is $260,000–$390,000 , with additional compensation potentially including discretionary bonuses and benefits. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and other factors.
