Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. You will independently manage RFP feasibility, liaise with sponsors, and coordinate timelines while mentoring teammates and ensuring data-driven site selection.

The role requires strong English communication, analytical rigor, and travel flexibility to meet business needs in a dynamic CRO environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment
• Experience presenting complex scientific data and analysis methodologies
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards
• Experience in sales and bid text development
• Ability to drive business objectives with data
• Strong attention to detail
• Translate feasibility data into actionable site decisions
• Use historical data and market intel to inform decisions
• Influence country allocation and site strategy with evidence
• Mentoring and training capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office tools and internet research

Responsibilities

• Lead independent RFP and paid feasibility efforts across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments with varying complexity concurrently.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests and apply knowledge.
• Liaise with sponsors to review requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Mentor team members and support department operations when needed.
• Coordinate work across team during multi-study programs.
• Support management in achieving group objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor needs and timelines.
• Perform literature research to provide background information.
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility, recruitment support, and site identification.
