Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across the UK, Poland, Spain, or the US. The role focuses on independently driving RFP and paid feasibility analyses, coordinating with internal teams and external sponsors, and delivering actionable insights for site selection and recruitment strategies.

You will combine scientific expertise with strong communication and project-management skills to influence study planning and timelines, while mentoring colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level science degree with emphasis on medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to understand and present complex scientific and clinical data and methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Proven skills in assembling winning bid text and managing data to drive objectives.
• Strong organization, interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas concurrently.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests and propose effective approaches.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol teams, and timelines for RFPs and feasibility studies.
• Mentor or guide teammates as needed during programs or studies.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
• Prepare and present pre-award site feasibility analyses to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to review sponsor needs and study timelines.
