Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to join our Convenience/Retail Grocery team in the Spokane County area.

You will build relationships with owner operators and purchasing professionals while representing URM and our customers, with a 30-mile territory radius and a September 7, 2026 start date. You’ll identify new customers through cold calling, aim for margin goals, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Retail distributor sales experience strongly preferred.
• Broker representation with emphasis on retail preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Computer skills; proficiency in MS Office and database management required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Bi-lingual is a huge bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling and face-to-face presentations.
• Crush margin goals and hit sales budgets.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external departments.
• Meet with prospects and customers comfortably.
• Convert prospects into customers and grow existing accounts.
• Make regular sales and service calls on current accounts.
