You’ll build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers while supporting and leading our cleaning staff.

The role is customer-facing and independent, requiring strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage your own schedule while driving growth in the Spokane market.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or field outreach.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and facility managers.
• Comfortable working independently and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Attend industry events to generate opportunities and represent the company.
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
• Support and lead cleaning staff to meet service expectations.
• Coordinate schedules, supplies, and operational needs as necessary.
