Job summary

ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented business development and operations professional to grow our commercial cleaning business in the Spokane market and support the satellite office. This customer-facing, independent role involves building relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers while leading day-to-day operations.

You will develop new opportunities, conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and coordinate with cleaning staff

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales and business development experience.

• Willingness to perform field visits and coordinate with site staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Attend industry events and community events to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Represent our company professionally throughout the Spokane community.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Support and work closely with our cleaning staff, addressing day-to-day needs.
• Conduct site visits and quality-control inspections.
• Coordinate schedules, supplies, and operational needs as necessary.
• Manage your own schedule and business development activities while staying accountable for results.
• Communicate regularly with the main office and attend required team meetings.
