Job summary

ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking an energetic professional to grow our Spokane satellite office by developing commercial cleaning business and supporting daily operations. You will engage owners and facility managers, conduct site visits, and deliver proposals while ensuring existing customers are satisfied and staff needs are met.

The role combines outreach, relationship-building, and hands-on support in a fast-paced, independent environment with opportunities for training and growth

Qualifications

• Energetic and professional with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in the Spokane community.
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Support and coordinate with current cleaning staff and address day-to-day needs.
• Coordinate schedules, supplies, and operational needs as necessary.
• Manage your own schedule and activities while staying accountable for results.
