ServiceMaster Building Services in Spokane is seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional to grow our commercial cleaning business and support the day-to-day operations of the Spokane satellite office. This is a customer-facing, independent role that combines business development with local operations.

You'll build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers while also providing support and leadership to our current cleaning staff.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing, independent role with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to develop new commercial cleaning business through outreach and networking.
• Comfortable meeting with decision-makers and presenting proposals.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach and networking.
• Meet directly with business owners, property/facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, and follow up with prospects.
• Support and coordinate with cleaning staff to meet service expectations.
• Manage schedules and activities while staying accountable for results.
• Communicate with the main office and attend team meetings.
