Job summary

ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking an energetic, independent professional to grow our Spokane commercial cleaning business and support daily operations at the satellite office. You will build relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers while guiding our cleaning staff and coordinating on-site needs.

You will meet clients, conduct walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and attend events to generate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing, and professional.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and community events to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Represent our company professionally throughout the Spokane community.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are being met.
• Support and work closely with our current cleaning staff, helping address day-to-day needs and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Conduct site visits and quality-control inspections.
• Help coordinate schedules, supplies, and operational needs as necessary.
• Manage your own schedule and business development activities while staying accountable for results.
• Communicate regularly with the main office and attend required team meetings.
