Job summary

LoanCare is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee daily loss mitigation operations within our mortgage servicing environment. You will drive customer-focused strategies, coach supervisors, and partner with Compliance, Legal, Quality, and Operations to ensure excellence in performance and compliance.

The role requires long-form leadership experience in mortgage servicing, a deep understanding of loss mitigation, and the ability to optimize mortgage systems and processes across teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years mortgage servicing experience and 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of loss mitigation and mortgage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SPOC operations, ensuring compliant and customer-focused loss mitigation.
• Coach staff, monitor metrics, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Quality, and Operations.
