Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Supervisor, SPOC Svcg – Borrower Outreach to oversee the Loss Mitigation team. The role requires in-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA/FHLMC loss mitigation options and compliance with state and federal guidelines.

The Supervisor will manage a 10-12 person SPOC team, conduct daily huddles and 1:1s, and ensure adherence to investor, agency and PMI requirements. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of 10-12 SPOC/Loss Mitigation Specialists
• Handles daily supervisory functions including timecards, interviews and HR coordination
• Holds daily team huddles to review changes and provide updates
• Delivers regular 1:1s with agents to discuss performance and career pathing
• Conducts side-by-side call observations to provide feedback
• Manages agent schedules and adherence with Command Center
• Directs Loss Mitigation specialists toward department goals and compliance
• Assigns SPOC agents to accounts and publishes assignments 2-3x/week
• Maintains CFPB and investor guideline compliance across processes
• Trains and develops staff; identifies efficiency gains
• Partners with QA, Compliance, Legal, Risk to mitigate audit findings
• Maintains regular attendance and professional conduct
